A 31-year Vail Valley resident and 24-year real estate industry veteran, Janet joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties in February 2020 as broker associate and to spearhead the development of the company's new fractional ownership division, BC Fractionals. Janet also lists and works with buyers and sellers seeking full ownership options throughout the Vail Valley.

As a fractional owner herself she's also a real estate investor focused on restoring older homes. In addition to traveling, she also enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, works with several animal rescues, skiing, hiking and gardening.
